Red, white, a sprig of green... Nothing says Merry Christmas like lasagna. What food says Merry Christmas to you?

With us its lasagna too. As a youngster at my grandmother's house, there was spaghetti at noon followed by turkey or ham at 5. Those entrees took care of dinner and supper, before we even thought of all the desserts that were served later in the evening.

It's going to be lasagna here on Christams Day. Since it's just my son visiting I let him choose what he wants...I offered up filet mignon, crab cakes, roast chicken and stuffing(like Thanksgiving but with chicken instead of turkey)and he wants LASAGNA with meatballs. Fine by me...I love it.
