Yes he wants to have International transparency like we are getting here. What a joke more welfare for the world compliments of the American Taxpayer. You know it is really easy for these folks to be giving our taxes away since most of them don't even pay any.

Oh, and I noticed today on the email news I receive that the WTO is going after China, because they have been naughty in not going for this scam of what they call "Global Warming".
It seems mighty foolish of them to call the Coldest Winter and Snow continuous - Global Warming.
To me, they are stupid!!!!!!! When the Midwest gets hit from all sides from the Artic swing Cold Temps and so much snow that we may have to cancel this Christmas Day. Snowstorm is a coming quickly here in the Midwest.
I won't pretend to be a scientist but the simplest of research shows those against climate change are being funded by those that benefit from fossil fuel usage in the most part. Climate change has a little bit more to do with the world ( we all live in ) than a pin point location.
Don't you wonder why Saudi Arabia has the largest solar energy sight being built? More than time America takes the lead again thus creating the new economy and ridding ourselves of foreign dependency.
Last time I looked Saudi was in the middle of a damn dessert where the sun shines everyday. Good place to have solar eneregy. Only reason why we are dependent on them is our government will not let us use our own oil fields and develop nuclear entergy. This is what smart folks do. But Mr Obama doesn't want us to use coal build nuclear power or drill baby drill. All the oil fields in this country are capped off. Most of the people who will make money off the windmills are in Washington hollering green. You know it is stupid for a nation in financial trouble paying a under developed country to build theirs when we can't afford to build our own,not that the money would go for that anyway. Just another way of sharing our wealth like the United Nations another great waste. We have had ove 80 inches of rain in Arkansas 30 inches above normal. We had a above average nice summer. Global warming is a bunch of crap.
