getting program

i recently bought an ace notebook, and set up the wireless router.
the notebook works fine except that i can not get several of the brain games.
the operating system is windows xp.

when i try to get into mah jong delux i go all the way to click her to bypass the adv.
the next page comes up blue and never brings up the puzzle.

on one the mah jong above the message i get is
HTTP STATUS 04
THE REQUESTED RESOURCE IS NOT AVAILABLE.

i am a dummy. can someone help get these puzzles up??

This one worked OK for me.
It may be an issue with XP if someone designed it for Vista.

It's not just you. I'm getting the same thing on Vista using Firefox and Firefox with IE Tab.

FWIW, I didn't find a Mahjongg Deluxe Brain Game on Eons. I did find Mahjongg Quest under Brain Games, though, and that's the one I'm getting the error on.

what do we do now? i get them on my desk top but not on the notebook.

I have tried brining up this puzzle on both my desktop and laptop and had no problems. I did note that the laptop witch has only 256 Meg of memory needed a considerable longer time to bring the puzzle up. This puzzle is a Java program and is using a lot of memory and CPU time. The fact that you get a blue screen indicates that your system halted. This can be caused by several problems. The most common problems are caused because of timing. I suspect that your timing problem is due to insufficient memory. Have you been getting a message that you have insufficient virtual memory? If so try increasing your virtual memory…
