Imatation is the sincerest form of flatery

It seems we have another "What Really Pisses Me Off" group here on Eons. Although I am flattered, I wish Baxter would have used that world famous wit of his to come up with a better name like "What Really Pisses Me Off, Pisses Me Off". Maybe his reason was just for spite. Either way, it's no skin off my ass. I wish him luck in his latest venture, childish as it may be!

It is the highest form of flattery but if he had behaved in this group he would still be here.

The funny thing is that he was never blocked from the group in the first place. Ha ha ha ha. Anyway, we don't allow attacks on management for the tasks of management of the group, nor do we allow 'sock puppets'** in here and I think he objected to those rules.

**A sock puppet is a second ID that somebody puts in a group to use to bolster their own positions.

He sure isn't the first one and I doubt that he will be the last. Seems like we get four ot five good new members for every one we get like him. I guess I'll have to turn the heat up here now that his hot air is gone.

Keep on doing what ya do loko!!!!! Life around here can be "interesting" at times.

If there is another group with exactly the same name, how will eons keep it straight? Our messages will get skewed from one group to another. That pisses me off.

I think this group is an interesting forum to get things off your chest and then forget about them. But out here in cyberspace is never a place to air personal conflicts. I think cowards actually think it is o.k. to say anything because they aren't face to face with people. Tacky.

for a while, baxtors reply irritated me, but got to a point that i would not read his replys.
what is it going to do to people that are invited to join this group and by accident go to that group. will they think the whole world is stupid.

not comparing the two, but whats happened to iam?

IamwhoIam is missing. Nobody has heard from him, as far as I know, since last July. We have asked eons to try and contact him, which they did, but were unsuccessful

I don't mind people who like to stir the pot as long as they don't make up duplicate IDs and bring them in, and as long as they don't give the manager and the moderators crap for doing the job of managing the group. Speaking of which, there really is very little management needed for this group as most people obey the few simple rules...but there are always a few.......

His "group" lists 5 members and apparently never got off the ground...his original message 15 days old and at the bottom of that message... "This message has been closed to further replies by an administrator". It is possible there is another group he started but I stopped looking after seeing this one.
