The implication that Pres. Obama is a war monger is inappropriate. The President is exercising his informed judgment regarding escalation in Afghanistan...I believe he has determined it to be necessary and although I wish for other I will not withdraw my support OR chastise him for exercising his informed judgment....
I am puzzled and troubled though... we justify chastising him for this continued military engagement and yet we allowed/acquiesced to the invasion of the sovereign nation of Iraq with not provocation what so ever....I did not sign....

Dear ageingbeautiful -- I was deeply distressed by our willingness to invade a sovereign nation and to scoff at all international law as we did in Iraq.

But the invasion & scoffing was under King Bush's reign. Why chastise the guy who didn't do the invading? I'm not sure what else Obama can do with the problem he inherited at this point.

Not the Dopes of Nope... the party of -0- solutions.. not the right wingnuts spewing hate but -0- solutions..or the oiley teats.. spewing pure crazy but -0- solutions....or the winding roads Becks or the drugster Limbaugh or the limp wristed tea baggers..nope.. lots of criticism but -0- solutions from them . Who is willing? It is us..the liberal/progressives. I am with agingbeautiful, although I wish for other I will not withdraw my support OR chastise him for exercising his informed judgement. No signature here either. Obama is making imformed decisions and is taking his time to review all the facts. His biggest problem is getting the rest of us, who elected him, to stick together and let him do his job. We need to be putting pressure on Congress to get moving and start working together. He can't be successful without the rest of the Dems and some of the Reps working with him. We worked too hard to get to this point to let infighting bring it all down. Lets keep together and don't let them break us apart.

Yes, I simply don't get the Obama bashing. He didn't start this war. He's been given the job of ending it. He's doing what he believes will expedite that. He has all the facts. Do you? Does "The Pen"?

What Obama needs saving from is supporters like you. He has had, to date, 348 days to undo 3,285 days of the damage Bush did to this country. I see you belong to plenty of groups who would be overjoyed with your post. Spare us.

I won't sign this either, I'm with roslyn and Team, Obama has had one year to try to undo the horrific damage done by all the Bushies, a mere drop in the bucket of time given all the crap that went on for the 8 years past. And those who squawk about this latest terrorist attack, on the plane into Detroit, should remember that the person in charge of TSA is a holdover from the Bush days, NOT an Obama appointee.
