Hi buddies

Hi everyone,
I hope everyone is doing well. Is everyone ready for Christmas? I am getting there. It is a bit embarrassing but I still have a bit of shopping to do. I have to get it done by Friday as I am going to see my kid and grand kids before Christmas. They both will be with other parts of their families so I WILL get my grand baby fix in first before everyone else. Is that sneaky, yep but what can you do with someone like me!

Well back on topic, it is not quilted but they are sandwiched so maybe that kinda counts. I posted a picture of 3 lunch bags I made for the teachers I work with. They were a bit more challenging for my pea brain but I got them done. They are a bit smaller than I thought they would be but it is the thought that counts right? They are made out of fat quarters which I thought was pretty cool since I didn't know what to do with them.

So buddies what do you think? Do you think they will like them? I hope so. Money has been tight and this was a cool and inexpensive project.

Have a great week.

They're adorable. I think they'll love them. Heck, I love them.

I can't tell what size they are but they're great. They don't have to hold just lunches either. For instance, a bag like that would be great to organize hosiery in a drawer, too.

Love these. Being that they are for teachers, no telling what all kinds of uses they will come up for them. I am sure they will be well appreciated.

Working with 1st graders I thought the high five buttons(that is what they were called) would be very appropriate. We high five all the time!

I am going to be up all night tonight trying to finsh a quilt for my SIL so I can take it on the plane in the morning. I like to sleep way the trip in the plane, but I think this time I am going to NEED the sleep, too.

I got a beautiful Hannuka gift, a large bag. Wish I had time to post photos.

After we land, we are going over to my duaghter's house to the birthday party for my grandchild. So I am getting a grandkid fix, too!

Talk to you all in a week or so,

Susan
