hey sandra, did you get clobbered?? We here in eastern Ma. escaped with heavy rains ans wind. yesterday first very cold day with high winds and same expected trhu week-end. Buurrrrr i fear old man winter has arrived. Stay warm :)

The furnace got sick and I had the furnace doctor come on out. Are you aware they charge about 1000 percent mark-up on their parts? They don't even flinch when you tell them that. (I checked the cost first) The best part is that the furnace is now working and the bill is paid and I cannot do it myself. Oh, I also have the top of a tree down in my back yard from the high winds. (about 18 feet of tree but the kids can do it with a power saw) It will wait until spring. No snow though is good news so far.
