I need help

I am hoping that someone is out there in internet land and you can help me.

I have made a cold Chicken Pasta salad that has spinach, green onions, red peppers, water chestnuts, sour cream, mayonnaise and a package of Knorr Vegetable recipe mix in it. On the back of the package is a recipe for spinach dip and that is the one I used only I added the pasta and cooked chicken as well.

Sorry...long story.....but I am wondering what to serve with it.
I thought of just putting it on lettuce and slicing tomatoes in wedges.
Any suggestions????

Take a ficelle of French bread and slice it thin on the bias and toast them under the broiler. Serve on a bed of raddichio and endive leaves.

Personally, I would have taken a big spoon and eaten it out of the bowl! Sounds really good. I think one of those jello recipes with cool whip mixed in, would have been tasty too.
