If nobody calls me to take care of the animals, I will bring in the New Year at home bundled up. I bought a nice pork roast to cook for Christmas and New Year. This year started out a little stressful for me but I am sure thankful I'm still working and that I had the chance to meet lots of our group. Softballgirl and I are putting together a box to send to Afghanistan for the New Year.

How about you and Michelle, any plans?

I am on a mission about my personal life and only family and close friends are aware
but
on New Years eve I will be planning what to do with and how to share
my big winnings from the Wednesday (12-30-09) night Washington state Lotto....

New Years's Eve is also a Blue Moon. Those don't happen very often. It means that it will be the second Full Moon in December. I don't have any plans yet, but who knows? After all it is a Blue Moon!

More than likley I'll sleep through Midnight. Get up in the morning, have a good breakfast, then curl up on the sofa in my warm fuzzy robe and watch old movies. Unless of course Kerry comes over, then I'll still curl up on the sofa in my warm fuzzy robe and watch old movies, but I'll be cuddled up next to Kerry. :-)

Good Luck photogardener. You reminded me I better go out and purchase my Millionaire ticket ($20) to be drawn on January 4th. For the past couple of years Arizona started a drawing just for Arizona, although I'm sure tickets are purchased from people out of state. Anyway, there are less tickets sold so it increases the chances of winning. Not a bad purchase once in awhile.

Hey AJGirl, maybe next year on New Year's Day we'll all come to your house for brunch, how about that?

I will be working New Years Eve and will get off of work around 8pm, doesn't give time to do anything other then go home, eat dinner and go to bed. I'm off NYD so will probably just relax with Joe unless he gets a call to work.

We have NO plans as of yet. We have spent one New Year in Flagstaff for the Pine Cone Drop, but NOTHING real exciting happening around the Prescott Area that I am aware of. Prescott Valley ED has some celebration, but it is more family oriented. Would love to spend one at Tempe and watch fireworks and all!

I PERSONALLY salute the effort by Sherrie and Softballgirl. And wish photogardener the best with her plans and her lottery winnings!
