I have quite a bit of odd stuff --- an 1852 Army officer's sword used by my great-great grandfather in the Civil War --- a set of 3 signed and numbered Dali lithographs that were commissioned by Buton , Italy's largest distillery-----the complete organ works of J.S. Bach played on organs in German churches that date back to his lifetime---- a number of old Grove Press books that were banned in the US at the time ( a friend's father was an editor at Grove )----- a bottle of Avignonesi Vin Santo , Occhio de Pernice ( eye of the partridge ) a rare wine of which only about 500 bottles are produced per year , and only in excellent years ( about 3 times per decade )---- two different very limited printing books about the history of my family in the USA ---- two bottles of wine from two different famous wineries with custom labels with my name on them ---- an old Remington Model 10 , 12 gauge pump shotgun with Damascus steel barrel --- lots of other junk that doesn't come immediately to mind .

A couple of nice button hooks, an inlaid wood box with a spring loaded little man that dispenses cigatettes and an old rusted rusted disker (once pulled behind a tractor) that sits in the yard.

I have many odd items, actually too numerous to pick just one. I like some absurd and obscure objects.

I'm with zebra- lotsa stuff, to pick one... well I have a massive key collection.

My husband sealed his last unsmoked cigarette inside a Plexiglas container and has it displayed on our coffee table. Every now and then I see him pick it up and caress the stupid thing. We both quit, at the same time, 12 years ago. It was the hardest thing we've ever done, but boy was it ever worth it!

Well I don't OWN him, technically, but the oddest thing in my house is my husband!
