Marathon Sheriff's Dept. search for woman who hit officer with vehicle

Officers were searching a room at the Nite Inn Motel in Schofield as part of a drug investigation when a vehicle driven by Rachel L. Morris arrived, according to a press release. Officers identified themselves and Morris locked the vehicle’s doors and drove toward the officers, police said. The officers were forced to jump out of the way and one was hit by the vehicle’s front fender, but was not injured, according to the press release.
Police are looking for Morris, who is wanted on a charge of recklessly endangering safety with a dangerous weapon and a probation violation, and her 22-year-old passenger, Chue Vang, on a probation violation.
Morris, whose nickname is, “Penguin,” is described as five feet six inches tall and weighs 275 to 300 pounds. Vang is five feet four inches tall and weighs 170 pounds.
