Good morning all investors. TheValiant and I need your help. We are in the process of selling our 3 family house in Waterbury, Ct. It is a lg. 2 bedroom each unit apt. just under 1,000 sq. ft. Each apt. has been completely renovated and the 1st floor is rented for $875. and also added on to that is a $35. water fee. The 2nd fl. is rented for 775. with a $35. water fee. The 3rd fl. will be rented prior to closing for either 775. or under Sec-8 for 750 with a water fee.
This property is located in a prime section of Waterbury which is still a prominent Italian section on the West Side. Most of the rentals were from the sign in front of the house, as people want to keep their children in the same school and this area.
