Hi Sue, Glad to hear you are recovering well but sorry to hear the Lupus is tiring you out. Get plenty of rest, don't push yourself. Remember, the true meaning of Christmas is love, family and friends. Hope all continues well for you...Hugs, Katiee

Hi Sue,
I am glad you are feeling better. I understand too well how fustrating having a chronic illness is to battle every day and migraines are not fun to have either. I have been in a lyme flare for days now.
I also understand how is is leaving a home filled with all of the wonderful memories. We did the same thing. Sold our log cabin and built another home that has been a nightmare from the beginning. I miss the cabin and spend far to much time thinking about the way our life was there. I have never adjusted to the move...
Glad to hear you are recovering, too, Sue. Your migraines caught my attention. My brother used to get migraines through his life, but they suddenly stopped when he was in his mid-thirties (he's 63 now). My middle son gets them here near Milwaukee and a very close lady friend of mine in Florida gets them. I have researched migraines and there seems to be dozens of different ways people try to keep them at bay, but no real relief appears out there, except for one. Everyone I know that gets them has them appear when the weather changes. It seems that high pressure weather has some triggering effect. I did a bit of Internet research on that and found areas here in the United States where the weather is free from changes in pressure. People who suffer from migraines that have moved to these laces report that their migraines have gone away.
My middle son lived in San Francisco for three years before moving back here to the Milwaukee area. He got migraines both before and after living in San Fran, but never got any in his three year stay there. He is seriously thinking of moving back to San Fran because of them (He has a lady love there, too, that's drawing him back). I have heard reports of other cities where the pressure changes little and people report no more migraines; Tucson, Albuquerque and Santa Fe. With no real cure for migraines, have you ever considered moving to a place where the weather doesn't bring them on?
Migraines are so miserable. My prayers are with you and I hope that you have some good moments in your life because all life is precious and to be enjoyed. I pray that Christmas will give you more wonderful memories. I have left behind a house and I thank you for reminding me that the house wasn't what made it a home, the things we did there made the memories and new memories are here in this home. God bless you and yours.
Sue, thanks for keeping us informed of your changes. Please rest and do whatever it takes to stop the flare up from headaches in a way of at least handling the pain better.
Enjoy your new home and with knowing a home is with your loved ones where-ever they are.
No one can take the memories of your other home from you......it is stored deep in those heart felt memories place. God Bless your day......keep feeling better and better as much as possible.
Each and everyone with whatever is happening this Holiday Season......please take peace in knowing we love and care about you.......always together in Fellowship and Christ.
