OA

I've found that CosaminDS seems to help with the pain. I have OA in my hips and hands, elsewhere, too, but those areas are worse. Our California wet season is here and I'm feeling it.
I use that also..I never thought OA was so debilitating. Mine sure is. I need both knees replaced & that's just the tip of the iceberg. Magnesium also helps with aches & pains. Glad to have found this group on here. Sylvia

Thanks for the input, I will try magnesium as well. Sorry to hear that you need your knees replaced. I've know people who had knees replaced and they had good results.
