Tiger Woods

What do you think ? I feel bad for his wife. I thought he was a good person in his heart. This is really a something I would never have expected from him. I always thought he had a big heart. Guess I was wrong.

What a creep, not that I give his wife any awards based on the latest scuttle-but, that is, if it is true. Allegedly there is some negotiating going on for a multi-million dollar settlement for her to stay with him. Huh? The guy is scum, dump him already. What? It’s ok so long as I can get some money out of this? Where is her self respect? It’s also a sad state of affairs when his sponsors choose to stand by him, in particular, the big three, Gillette, Nike, and Gatorade, which I guess should not be surprising for companies whose slogans are “The best a man can get”, “Just do it” and (yeah, I’m gonna say it) “Is it in you?” respectively.

He's an idiot, in my opinion. His wife is now trying to renegotiate the pre-nuptial agreement that they entered into when they got married -- she wants to shorten the 10 year time frame and increase the $20 million that she would get if the marriage breaks up -- wonder what that marriage is based on?!

I can't judge and we don't really have the right to know all the details and to speculate. Marriage is complicated enough without all your personal stuff being broadcasted and picked apart by the media. Let Tiger and Mrs. Tiger alone!

Tiger is a public celebrity -- he has forfeited his privacy, but his wife and kids I feel bad for!

Let he who is without sin cast the first stone.

Some of you might just be that "good", many of us aren't.

I had a lot of respect for him. This surprise me. A women of WI only meeting would be most interesting on this subject.

The statistics on cheating within a marriage are incredible (30-50%). I always feel like I'm really out of it because my experience is so different both in terms of my own relationships and those of my friends. Not that it hasn't happened but not at that high of a %.Is it different in WI than in CA (where the study I read was from) or I am out of it?

Merce - very observant about his sponsors and their slogans! lol

I was sitting here listening to a show like ET or some other entertainment show and they actually were talking about 'what he now needs to do and what his wife needs to do in the way of reconciling and forgiving'!!!! OMG! Like if TW was listening he would take heed to their advice?? How laughable. This is a high profile marriage - normal rules do not apply! And, if he has more than one mistress, then he is not that concerned with keeping the marriage in tact other than for the children and financial reasons, anyway! She will take him to the cleaners in child support and alimony, and he knows it.

I'm not concerned about putting blame on one or the other of the "couple". However, the sponsors standing by him is a BIG thing. That's the problem with the media and how our children and young adults see what they are promoting. Many times the media shows things that are inappropriate for what values we want to instill in our children and grandchildren.
