I like this house because of the carport. Garages get all full of clutter but open carports provide protection for the car and safety from slippery sidewalks to the house. Great storage.

I don't like how guests have to go through the laundry to get to the bathroom. It is handy to outside though. There should be a door from the closet into the bedroom. I don't like the kitchen layout with all the appliances on one wall, bad work triangle.

What do you think of it?

I think in a small home, a foyer is a waste of space, and this foyer is 7x 7.7. That is the size of a small bedroom, or office. Move the front door over to the living room, and gain another room in the house.

The size is great, I agree the foyer is not needed, also the double door entry into the bedroom and bath seem grandiose, a regular door is good for me. The carport with storage is great.
I can see living here comfortably.

Also, does the bedroom need a double door opening to the FOYER? eeek.

I would leave the foyer but call it an office instead and put a desk there. Perhaps, if it was the first thing guests saw, I might keep it straightened up. And no need for a double door entry to the bedroom, either.

The huge closet is a plus, too, and accessible for dressing or putting clean clothes away.

There isn't much kitchen, tho'....
