DVD - ABBA Gold Greatest Hits - the technology is so infantile it's embarrassing to watch it - but I still do - I love ABBA
My most embarrassing is a VHS tape called "Love Toy." It's my favorite movie of all time, after Eraserhead and 2001.
Forget CDs and DVDs, I'm still burning with embarrassment over getting caught back in the '70s with a mail-order LP of some cat wailing away on his panpipes. Truth be known, he's quite good and didn't deserve the opprobrium heaped on his good name because of those late night TV ads.
This is on vinyl (remember LPs?) ;) I actually have an album of Jack Palance "singing". He probably thought he sounded good in the shower...
And who in his right mind would have had the moxie to tell Jack Palance he DIDN'T sound good enough to cut an LP?

Panpipes...was that Yanni?
Kelly, you're on the right track, but it was Gheorghe Zamfir who's responsible for that album in my collection.
I looked him up on Wikipedia, and his commercials apparently aired in the early '80s, not the late '70s. Plus, his instrument is referred to as a pan flute, and not panpipes. My bad.
I haven't seen that LP in years. Could be in storage. Could have found it's way into someone's else collection. Who knows? If my wife does, she's not talking.
I still say his music was better than merely okay, and it was them dang commercials what turned people off.
I probably have 3 or 4 CD's with the pan flute... I love them... hauntingly beautiful music...
I like the pan flute also - AND bagpipes.
I knew you were speaking of Zamfir before I read your last reply, Wurdguy... I remember him well, and I agree... he really wasn't all that bad... :0))))
Believe it or not, I actually don't own ANY CDs... I think my wedding DVD is the most embarrassing one I own... YIKES!!... :0)

I have a CD of loon calls. Strange, I know...but also hauntingly beautiful. It's really quite relaxing to listen to when getting a massage. :-)
