The logical conclusion for people who spend to much time online in virtual worlds like Second Life. Sadly, for some virtual life is better than their real life. Some have even sacrificed their marriages to this.

One nice thing about the Internet is one doesn't HAVE to go to any given web site. I don't want or need a web site like the one you link to and so don't care much about it. With free speech, however, it would seem that it should be available to those who desire it.

Who am I to judge, I'm planting cabbages, harvesting eggplants on Farmtown. All in the hope that I can buy a Bull for my 2 cyber Cows, and have milk to go with coffee, and strawberrys in the AM.
Strokey thats funny.......yes I play Farmville (its cuter than farmtown) and know what you mean. We dont have bulls for the cows though.
That cyber thing looks to be the same kind of thing. I looked at it and can not see what the poster meant by dating. Isnt it all just the same as Yoville etc. ?
Espirit, I suspect that you and I may be rather naive, or sheltered. I also didn't really understand after looking at it, but I still have to have most "sex" jokes explained.
I am sure like most things, you can make it into something bad if you try. I have even seen people on Yoville try to make that into something bad by the way they do things. Perverts can make anything dirty. You have to think that way in order to figure things out I suppose. You are probably right I am naive in many ways and take that as a compliment.
Espirit, you reminded me of Tom Lehrer, a political humorist of the late 50's and 60's who wrote songs on just about everything from war to to boy scouts. One of them was entitled Smut with a line "when correctly viewed everything is lewd".
