Either the pincushion or ornament will be OK. If we do a valentine that sounds fun also. I've gotten my marathon Thanksgiving over with and our rental business slows during the winter so I've got time on my hands. I always tell Jim that all the sacks of fabric keeps me out of the bars so he should be grateful!!
I kinda backed down because I'm in the middle of a bathroom remodel. It's almost finished and I'm making the curtains right now but I have a couple of other things in the works. Also, rightfully so, you want us to post a picture of what our secret sister sent us and I do not have a workable camera right now. Plus, someone would have to explain to me how to post the picture once I took it, because I am the most ignorant person walking when it comes to computers. Thank God I know which way is up in re: to a sewing machine.

Why don't you leave it up to the person participating.
I am in I will do what ever. I haven't made either an ornament or a pin cushion so both will be a challenge for me but I will give it my best shot.

I think it would be best to leave it up to the individual whether to make an ornament or a pincushion depending on their time and abilities. Assuming they need to be done in time to arrive for Christmas, that leaves less than 3 weeks to get 15 to 20 items finished and mailed based on the original list plus any additions. It's the reason I started to make mine early. I'll be way too busy in December to start from scratch.
Just my thoughts on the subject.
