That should be 2012, right?
Personally, I believe the scripture which tells me that "no man knows the hour or day." We'd be ostriches with heads in the sand if we think that our planet, which has geophysical evidence of cataclysmic events, is now somehow forever immune from more. We'd be ostriches again if we think we can continue to overpopulate this planet like mold on a piece of fruit (seen from space, this IS what human habitations look like, in my opinion) and not have serious repurcussions.
But 2012? There's one way to find out. I bet it's as huge an issue as the 2000 one was with all the clocks, computers, and electronics shutting down. Boy, that was a mess, right? (Not).
2012 will be the centennial celebration of Arizona becoming a state so I am looking forward to it. If the mayans are right there is nothing we can do to stop it. So let's party hardy.
Well......I believe that it is going to end........when?? I have no idea....I also believe its much closer than anyone wants to think. I say....all any of us can do is be ready.
I believe we are closer to the end then we know....but, like Honeybee123 said, know one knows when.
I am just going to live the best I can and hope it was good enough......
I tend to lean on the side of the end of the Mayan calendar.

What ever will be will be!! what worrys me about that date is the folks that are thinking of killing them selfs because of all the things that are being said about ( its the end of Life as we know it ) I am afraid of a mass suicide happening so all i have to say is i am moving at GODSPEED ....
Gosh, was that the year 2012 or the military time 20:12? Geesh, now I'll have to postpone taking that cyanide cocktail I prepared for 8:12 tonight.

No one knows "when" ..... Guess we will have to just wait and see.
As for people committing suicide??? Havent heard of that one yet. If this happens , wont that be a change in "life as we know it" in its self??

Life on this planet will all end for each us at some time ....... not much any of us can do about that except make the most of the time we are allotted ...... just saying ..... I like the Party Harty theory .....
Seems to me that whatever the date........we will be able to handle it, whatever it is..........it is just a date on the caleder.........uf ibe kuves each and every day to the fullest.......then tomorrow will be okey. Go with the Party Harty theory........remember to laugh and smile each day.
