We only know what we have learned; human babies are completely dependent.
Look at the size of the internet; there is no way we could ever possibly learn/know everything -- there is too much information.

What we have is the recipe for sloth. Since one cannot know everything, why even bother?
How about knowing a little about a lot of things and a lot about some thing?
I guess that is almost like knowing NOTHING! (or maybe just approaching the limit of ZERO.)
Ecclesiastes 1:18 "For in much wisdom is much grief: and he that increases knowledge increases sorrow."
Better to be stupid, stuffed and HAPPY!
Happy Thanksgiving!

The more we know the more we understand our own ignorance. It's all about the learning, the quest. For me, I hope to learn enough, eventually, to carry a few meaningful questions with me to the next stage.
No ONE knows everything. Our reason for living is to learn. When we stop learning, our consciousness, like our bodies, begins to die.
I see a lot of "dead men walking." Actually, they are "dead men sitting " (and gals, too), typing away without 2 brain cells firing in succession. It is when one claims he knows everything that he displays how ignorant he is.

“In order to know anything, we have to know everything.” I think that is the basis for agnosticism.
However, we can make some good judgements based on a preponderance of evidence.
