What are you Thankful for?

While we share coffee this morning think about the year and what you are most thankful for? I have two plus thousands more reason to be thankful but, I shall sahre two. My son Dirk had massive stroke day after Mothe's day this year. He was brain dead for a day and a half. Today he is walking, talking, eating and his memory has remained..a true miracle for which I thank God daily.

Second in June I told I had non invasive cancer. I twas found after my yearly check-up. I had three surgeries between July and August and finally had a mastectomy on the right side. I had NO pain and No discomfort at all, Praise God. I have been declared cancer free.

Good morning, Dody....it is indeed wonderful, the recovery of your son and yourself from cancer....my brother-in-law's cancer remains in remission, for which we are very thankful for God's blessing....the overall health and continued employment of all our children and ourselves is another blessing for which we are grateful....TC

My son returned safely from Afghanistan two days ago and I am very thankful for this blessing.
All my doctors have probe and checked and I was given a clean bill of health...more blessings
In this unstable economy I am gainfully employed although the census in the hospital has decrease from large number of people not vacationing and traveling to Florida as before but hospital is committed not to let anyone go, what a blessed relief.

I am thankful for our first grandchild, my exceptionally supportive hubby and kids, being able to walk(MS), and great safe travels this year

I am very often a "glass half empty" type person, and could tell you all of my woes, which seem so petty compared to so many other people. In this economy, I am just thankful that I can make ends meet and I can afford to buy food and meds for my animals and myself.

I'm grateful for my Daughters, my son-in-law, my grandkids, my granddaughter due in Feb, my husband of 32 years, and my cat!!
I love the mtns of NC and am grateful to live here!

Dody, I am thankful for your mighty miracles. You have indeed had a "blessed" year. I am thankful for so many things. I have been blessed with plenty to eat, a warm house, a loving family and wonderful friends and pets. Hope you had a wonderful day!~

You have truly had "miracles" this year, AZ. Bless you. Many have had true blessings too. Nothing as overwhelming or major for me which is fine, actually. I am thankful that life has not had any major "problems" for me this past year. No one knows what might be ahead, ever, so enjoying the good is imperative in my mind. Happy Thanksgiving to all.
