As long as the weather holds I will tend my garden instead of going to stores. All the G-kids get 1 present, some friends will get just baked goods, Not really inspired nor have the means to be a super consumer. My oldest has a new girlfriend, so he will go overboard! Seen it happen too many times!

To me it is a good day to go to thrift stores and get a few things for the grandkids. I intend on hitting a few small local merchants also, a favorite bookstore, etc. It is a good day to shop local and avoid the big box stores.

I will do so...who wants to get stomped to death at Walmart? I'd rather be remembered for other things.

Didn't know about this. Happy to comply . . . especially since I planned to buy nothing, anyway.
