I would savor ANY visit to ANY of the sites....as I have never been anywhere. I would absolutely LOVE to see some of the more remote and lesser-known sites of skirmishs, etc.. Of course, Gettysburg would be a special destination. (I would love to "match up" some of the photographs of the time to the actual spot on which the photos were taken!...I know, I am obsessed...)
My top few...
Gettysburg.
Manassas.
Appomattox. (a must see).
Fredericksburg.
Shiloh.
Ft. Pillow.
The White House of the Confederacy (Great).
The Civil War At Pamplin (Petersburg Va) The very best I have seen.
Too many to count...
FW

I first got interested in the Civil War sites after reading letters that were sent home by one of my ancestors. He was eventually killed at Drury's Bluff (and buried under an oak tree). Another ancestor died in the battle of Wilderness (both in Virginia), and another ancestor died in an army hospital in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
Sites I have visited are: Gettysburg, Pennsylvania; Drury's Bluff, Cold Harbor, Wilderness, Spotsylvania, Manassas, Appomattox, Chancellorsville, Fredericksburg, Richmond, Petersburg (all in Virginia); Prairie Grove, Arkansas, and Vicksburg, Mississippi.
Sites I would like to visit next are: Shiloh, TN; Harpers Ferry, W Va, and Charleston, SC.
