Deer Chili is awsome, and you have not lived till you have hade a burger made from Buffalo.
I have eaten both regularly. I love them both especially the backstrap of the venison. I can it and make venison stew all winter.
My husband taught me to hunt when we lived in Maine.....venison was on the table every yrear. I even made mincemeat to give to friends for the holidays.
Now I have buffalo as my daughter has some on her farm that are organically grown. The best meat I have ever eated.

"Z" and nubee. I've had Buffalo Steak at Jack London Square in Oakland,Ca. and it's darn good stuff, no gamy taste at all. I don't know of anywhere around Western Michigan where I can buy it tho,Durn.
say Dodger :o) the best Buffalo meat comes from the Northern Plains .... my Friend Annie on my Freind's list orders her Buffalo meat from So Dakota I think ?? Buffalo is the only red meat she eat's, I will ask Annie for the address for ya, ok ??

It's might be too expensive,but please send the info anyway. It's pretty expensive in the restaurants.

I grew up eating wild game. I love it! As
for buffalo, I have yet to try it. I have 2 buffalo
steaks in my freezer yet to try. LOL The buffalo
ground meat was less expensive, but the fat content
was way to much, so I wouldn't buy it. I heard buffalo
was really good and better than hamburg, so, I'll find
out as soon as I get up the nerve to try it. LOL
