How do I get help?

I want to report a glitch in the way Eons Brain games is recording [or rather, not recording] my score on a particular game. I have gone to "Help" and found only links to various FAQ, none of which are what I want/need, and to 4 help groups, none of which appear to the face of it to be what I need. This type of thing happened before, a while back, and I was able to pm and get it looked at. Now?

'Not sure what problem you're experiencing with the "brain games," but I've noticed a glitch, too.

If you are playing a brain game when the clock strikes 12 am EST, it won't give you any points for playing the game on the "new day" ... no matter how many times you play it, and not even if you play another game in the same category.

Thank you AD - I have joined that group and posted there, hoping they can help me.

Buzerd, this particular problem has nothing to do with the time change, but thank you for noting that - I had noticed that several months ago, but it is useful to note for others.
