I have cooked all day, so I am going to grab a Jack and Coke and put my sore feet up by the fire and relax. I have to get up early tomorrow to start the Turkey at 7. We have to eat by 1 because Joey has to take his mom back the the home by 3.

I managed to write the beginning of a story and would have got a lot more done but my sister in Kentucky who I love dearly but she never shuts up, called. I knew three hours at least would be cut from my day and she is living in a place where there is no one to talk to at all so since it had been a week, I let her talk as long as she needed. I checked some groups but I couldn't concentrate.Finally after the day was gone her phone died. She didn't call back and I finally got dressed, fed the dogs and got a few things done. Not much.We went out to dinner where the owner, a very old man has a crush on me. It is kind of funny as everytime Bob goes to get a bowl of soup from the soup bar this man rushes over to kiss my cheek and call me his bella. He doesn't speak English and I never told him my name. Anyway for months everytime Bob goes for soup the old man rushes over to kiss me. But Bob came back too soon so he had to settle for blowing me a kiss. When Bob sat down he asked, did I come back too soon? I said, yes, he never got to me so all I got was a kiss in the wind. Bob thinks it's funny but I'll bet he's hoping I can kiss this guy back and get our dinner free. The poor man is in his 80s and probably can't see any better then I can.
Other then that the day was boring.

I have dialysis on mon. and wed. this week so the girls can have thursday off, but that means that they had to work today, it will be that way on Christmas and new years week as well, I was going to get out and do some stuff today but I just kicked back and veggied, oh well, any thing I was going to do today I can do any day, all I have to drink other than water is a couple bottles of gran spumante, I havn't eaten any thing today so a bottle of that would make me a little more goofier than normal, I need to consider that a little, when I was liveing in China the girls liked jack and coke, they could not say Daniels so they called it Jack denny and coke, oh well, it was a day that was, hope everyone had a good one......kpkp

We are going to spend Tanksgiving Day with MaryEllen and her housemate, Sonia. Mike and I are buying the dinner at Albertson on Weds. The VA decided that I am mentally competent and still have PTSD 70% and get paid 100%. We have a new apt. manager. Counting my blessings one by one.
