In the Dallas Morning News Today,

the 46th anniversary of JFK's assassination. I always prefer reading the human element for such historical events. This is about a marine who was in the honor guard.

Doing math problems is something I'd never thought of but will give it try if I'm ever confronted with a similar situation of emotional strain. It was indeed a sad time for all Americans. It reminded me of the people's emotions when FDR passed.

Thanks for posting this topaz. I didn't realize today was the anniversary and 46 years sure makes me feel old! Interesting take on the story from the viewpoint of the marine honor guard.

to all,

i wonder if ANYONE, who was over the age of 5-6 at the time, does NOT remember exactly where they were when they heard about JFK???
