While I'm not Martha's biggest fan, I have to admit she knows quality when she sees it.

During a Saturday broadcast, lifestyle television diva Martha Stewart panned former lawmaker Sarah Palin, calling her a "dangerous person" who Stewart "wouldn't watch... if you paid me."

Speaking to CNN, the host of Martha Stewart Living said Palin is "very boring to me." Having someone so "confused" in government is unsafe, she said. That makes Palin a "dangerous person."

"She's so confused," Stewart said. "Anyone in government like that is a real problem.

Reacting to the massive first-day sales of Palin's new book, she added: "Good for her. Good for her. ... I wouldn't watch her if you paid me."

Uh, huh. Martha Stewart has education and class and recognizes someone who doesn't. She makes the point against Palin quite succinctly. She also knocked Rachel Ray as a cook -- also spot on.

Although not her biggest fan, she knows a 'good thing' when she sees it. And can distinguish from just a 'thing.'

Martha better be glad the repubs are out of power, they'd surely find a way to send to back to "camp cupcake" for that remark! She's right on on this one!

What I can't understand is why the news media gives Palin so much attention. I can't understand how someone who is obviously so inferior in every way as Palin continues to be in the news.

I have to agree with Martha Stewart wholeheartedly on this one. Palin is dangerous because she appeals to the most ignorant and stupid part of our nation's populace. I simply can't understand why anyone would take her seriously. Of course, I could say the same thing about Limbaugh and his followers.

Because so many find her "just their gal" -- a person who represents them the best. Same level of understanding of the world about them, same values and she shoots her mouth off, like they do. It seems there are a lot of people in this country who are ignorant, cheap and trashy, doesn't it?

I dated a man last year who was very intelligent, but when it came to SP he thought with the little head.
I had a coffee date with a man a couple of days ago who thought she was cute and sexy. No, he didn't like intelligent women and at the end of the date he said that he thought I was "interesting" . LOL
That is what they are pandering to. Sex sells. Has anyone noticed that she has quit hauling her Downs Syndrome son around like a prop?

If there was a seven year old with a case of dynamite and a lighter, the news would be following them too.
