Okay one and all

Going to go take a shower, get into something comfy and cozy and yak with my friend on the phone for about two hours. Do you have a Best friend that you just really enjoy spending time talking with?

I recently lost my closest friend of 22 years to some hard feelings - long story...but have become closer to my mom in the last few years and she's like a best friend to me. In fact, at a craft session at her church, she made me a small wall hanging with a grey-haired woman and a brown-haired woman with their arms around each other and the sentiment: "Having a daughter is like growing your own best friend."

I have a few close friends, but not a best friend. I never had a lot of time in the past due to family, home and work to make a best friend.
