by the numbers

here's the numbers
consecutive losing years for the first time since the 1962-63 seasons.
Michigan's flop followed a school-record nine-loss year
Buckeyes 8-1 against Michigan and extended Ohio State's longest winning streak that matches the best run in the rivalry since Michigan also won six in a row in the 1920s.
With Saturday's loss to Ohio State, Rich Rodriguez clinched his second straight losing season -- something Michigan's previous three coaches never experienced in their 39 years with the school.
Two consecutive years without a bowl bid
six straight wins for the buckeyes against Mich
Michigan's last win this year was Delaware state
Freshman quarterback Tate Forcier threw a career-high four interceptions and became just the second Michigan quarterback to throw four interceptions against Ohio State in the last 60 years (John Navarre, 2001).
Rich Rodriguez became the first Michigan coach to lose his first two games against the Buckeyes.
MY closing statement
I am still not happy with Tresel's style of coaching, it is way to conservative for me ...but who can argue with success
Secondly ...even with the great thrashing we the Buckeyes have been handing the MICH WOLVes..I do not want to see the Mich program collapse. IT would make a dreary winter even drearier with not having "the game " to look forward to with it being a push over....I hope every game in the future is contested by each team right down to the final second...
Go Bucks
