There are some groups on Eons that are so much into that warm and fuzzy togetherness stuff that it would make you puke. You just haven't found them yet. Whatever state you are from, I'll bet that there is a group dedicated specifically to you and your fellow state citizens. I tried a couple of those really friendly groups and they made my blood sugar level go so high that I went into a coma.

It's true that The Weird Group is pretty slow and not very conversational but heck...that's the way the manager designed it. It's supposed to be for random postings of, of, of....well, weird thoughts.

I belong to another group where we are intentionally mean and nasty to each other. Better avoid that one. If it's just attention you crave, go over and join one of the political Conservative groups and post a lot of stuff about how much you love President Obama. That will get you lots of replies. Or join the Texas Friends Group and tell them that they own too many guns.

I refuse to belong to any group that would accept me as a member!

I just don't want to feel like an outsider in a group that I've been a member of for months. Yes, I'll skip the mean and nasty group. Seems you like it there. But were you being nice or mean to me? because I get the feeling you were ranking a bit on me like I'm a whiner. I'm actually not. Most of my other groups are sex groups. I just don't like having sex by myself.

No, I wasn't "ranking" on you. Just trying to figure out where on Eons you would be happy. You have a choice of joining some of those warm and fuzzy groups or joining groups where people are mostly not looking for a lot of conversation. Yes, I'm happy in the mean and nasty group and mostly happy in the neutral groups like this one. The warm and fuzzy groups are god-awful, in my opinion, but you might like them, who knows. Point being: Eons literally has thousands of groups. If you can't find one you like then Eons probably isn't for you.

EIC ... your profile could use a bit of spiffing up. All I can tell about you is that you like purple roses ... visiting the profiles of people who seem okay, seeing what their interests are, and checking out what groups they belong to is a pretty good way to find stuff of interest here.

I'm sorry, but I don't quite understand that complaint. I see from you profile that you have joined the following groups.

Fun Flirting and Sex after 50
Playing Around the House.

This group is the only one that you have joined that isn't "flirt and have sex" oriented. If that isn't the sort of thing that you are interested in, then maybe you should search for groups that align more with you interests.
