I am going to National Suicide Survivor's day. We are the people who have lost someone we love to suicide. It is a day of remembrance and a day to reach out to new survivor's and to spread the message of prevention and awareness.

I went to Publix and got groceries for my share of Thanksgiving dinner. My daughter and I split up making it. There will just be us for Thanksgiving - we'll travel to central Ohio where the rest of the family is for Christmas.
My daughter came in with a beautiful poinsetta for me. The one I had been coaxing to bloom each year for several years finally died.
