Johnny Rivers had the big hit with this, and I don't think it ever scored real big with Elvis....but, Elvis had a way of sounding good, whatever he sang!

Hey...Anbody remember Elvis?
Or is "The Lighter Side" just getting Lighter? Think about it!

This site should be more than just posting the same songs over and over.
And, I try to avoid doing this, but perhaps I flunk the test occasionally and
post something that has been seen twelve times before.....

I personally think that EONS should have a way of monitoring this, and inform
each and everyone of us up front if we are doing a 'no-no'.....

Let's start acknowledging the things we enjoy, and let the people know that
we enjoyed what they posted.....Otherwise.....we'll be gone!

You right Denny, I think it but right to acknowledge someone's post. That way members are encouraged to participate more in the group and not just two or three members.

Thanks Isa.....I thought maybe the world was passing me by, and who knows....it may be, but I just thought I'd voice my feelings....perhaps I'm in store for a winter vacation somewhere, and get back
to everyone around Easter....One of my favorite times of the year!

That's too bad because you've been a big contributor to this group. You can put anything on about Elvis,because I was and always will be a big fan of his music. I'm guilty for not responding,although I must admit nothing has topped Carly Simon and James Taylor for me.
