Oh, but that rowing can be a chore? I had to help row a pontoon boat to shore one time. We were with some older friends and they only had one oar. I used a broom. The lady put an article in the paper about it.
A few weeks ago, our pastor and another man took all of the widows out for a cruise on the lake. It was on a Pontoon boat. We were looking at the fall colors and were served coffee and pastries. What fun?
lol..your right about that barbara..rowing is work big time. But would be fun I think.. Don't know that I remember if I ever rowed a boat, always did the paddle boats, and that was work, but, so much fun!!!
I have always wanted to take a canoe trip. Some of the people in this area have canoes. Most have Pontoon boats or fishing boats. I have lived here almost 11 years and have been on the lake twice. That does not count the time we had to row our friends boat to shore. That was before we moved here. I love water so enjoy looking at the lake from where I am sitting.
Why not mizzeelady? I would row you around, lol, around being the word. Since I don't really know how to row, I guess we may go around and around and not straight. But we would have a good laugh, and hopefully get it going in a straight line on the water. Have a good one everyone!!!
It worked for me! "You done good"! The song was perfect for me, Went to bed early, woke up for the B.R. run and could not get back to sleep. Have my 6 year old granddaughter with me so with her, the six stuffed animals and a cat, my bed is full tonight.
