This is a very nice looking house and the loft gives it more space than it would appear.

I like the porches and the carport. I would increase the size of the loft to cover the entire dining area. It would be a great craft or art room. I also like how private the bedroom is. You wouldn't be bothered with traffic noise at all.

What do you think of this house?

Adorable! Agree would expand loft across dining room. I like a cozy dining room anyway.

Look like there's space for a stackable W/D in the bathroom (just to the left as you'd walk into the bathroom).

Might be nice to have a half bath or small bath with shower upstairs.

To make it work for me I would make it one story to begin with.Make room for a half bath in the bedroom. A laundry room where the side porch is. I have to add ramps for the outside doors for my wheelchair. All in all it seems workable.

I like the looks on the outside but it's a little too awkward on the inside. I don't like the stairway between the kitchen and the great room. Love the porches and I would extend the loft also.

The one thing that looks awkward to me about this layout is having the carport at the back of the house, making it a chore to bring in groceries and such in to the kitchen.
