Well not that I am a big fan Kyle B, but I would vote for him for Driver of the Year. Team of the Year I would give to the 48 team - Chad and Jimmy, Jimmy and Chad, either way it is an impressive team. Kyle gets driver of the year because he wins with different crews and different cars/trucks. The kid likes to drive....!
I second that El. u can't take his ( KB) talent away the kid can drive anything 2 the front. Jimmie has the total package but KB has some figure of laps leds like $24 thousand miles in the 3 series and

I don't think so. While he wins -- he hasn't learned how to lose and to be driver of the year I think this person should be good at everything -- not just winning.
I can think of some past "Driver's of the Year" that had absolutely no socially redeeming qualities :^)
The History books, and the Hall of Fame will just say the NASCAR FACTS ! on that alone he is and will b number 1 If winning isn't everything ????? It should b !
What can you say about this kid. Won the Nationwide Championship yesterday and his 20th Nascar race of the year!!!!!! By comparison Jimmie Johnson has won 7 races this year.
Kyle has undergone an amazing transformation of his public personna, particularly the second half of this year Mass. If you voted him Driver of the Year, then he might permanently become a "nice guy" and NASCAR would become even MORE BORING! LOL!
First off, I am a JJ fan - that being said, I am in complete agreement with naming Kyle Busch as DRIVER of the year. He is a phenomenal driver who competes in anything with four wheels. His record speaks for itself.
The 48 team will get plenty of awards. They don't need this one. Kyle needs and deserves to be recognized for his accomplishments this year.
So what if he isn't PC all the time. Most of the great driver's aren't? When fans are complaining about how boring racing has become, he can always be counted on for some chatter. My favorite driver is not cut from the same cloth, and as much as I appreciate his professionalism, etc. I would love for him to lose his temper once in a while. Bark at Chad on the radio or something......
I will never be a Kyle fan - but I am adult enough to admit that he is a talented and deserving driver.
Don't you think Mark Martin should be added to the list?
