Good Question...
And: How many out there really trust Congress Critters ???
FW
They SAY they are paying for healthcare from cutting costs, so one should not have anything to do with the other.
And if they really wanted a lot of disposable income, they could stop the futile and ill waged wars. Imagine how much that would free up.
My point, that I forgot, was Hope springs eternal.
PS. I'm going away for a few days, so don't think I dropped off the face of the earth. I'm going fishing off the Outer Banks.
Nah. NCTE Convention in Philly.

From what I have read in the bill, you are going to be amazed at WHAT is really in there. SAVINGS? From what? Screwing the seniors, is where. So far, I see no groups who will not be taxed, of course, except the entitlement group. Look out middle class.
I believe, Crest, if you figure the cost, ObamaCare will be more expensive than the war. I could be wrong, but don't think we have spent trillions of dollars over there yet. Perhaps if they really wanted to save money, they could suspend ALL salaries for Congress, and entitlements, and "fact finding" missions, and pork barrel projects, and then talk to me about cuttng more from Medicare and Social Security.
We are ALL getting older, so this, along with the corruption of AARP, is something to be alarmed about, not celebrated as a panacea.

Anything coming out of Congress has all kinds of hidden costs in them.
Now we have a 2000 page + "bill" coming down the pike.
What do you think the odds are that it is clear of hidden costs, taxes and porky programs?
We are ALL getting older, so this, along with the corruption of AARP, is something to be alarmed about, not celebrated as a panaceaRemember AARP is corrubptedd s if on medicare and would an advantage plan do not chose AARP Here why:
4 plans rgeww of then no monthly premioms,(that stinks) benefits inclde dental f;ases and prtsdriptons darn right I as an americam i want to pat foe al that, co pays in patient operation $500 outparient $75 that stinks. heck with AARP I would much rather pay my 850/month for coverage with a ten thousand dollar deductablr because it was the only way bcbs would give me any. then thee is my family/ Screw AARP:

Spent some quality time with my representative today, in his scheduled office time, and he could not give me an answer on this. I'm thinking we are screwed, but I could be wrong. Remember, no matter what happens tomorrow, it is not a done deal We would then have a bill passed by the House and one passed by the Senate, not the same one, so it, no matter what still has to be combined. Still not looking pretty, but not all doom and gloom. I don't see it getting anywhere near president ready this year. But, I still believe in the tooth fairy, too.
