Anyone see the most recent gaffe by Fox News? In a piece about the throngs lining up for a book signing for Palin's new book, the "mistakenly" showed footage of people lined up to see Palin during the campaign. LOL. I can't wait to hear what Jon Stewart has to say about this one. It's beginning to look more and more like a comedian is the perfect person to make commentary about Fox, the comedian's network.
Compared to Fox MSNBC, ABC, CBS and the rest are all far more fair and balanced. Fox is the propaganda wing of the uber right wing radical faction of the Republican party.

Eagles, even the WH has backed away from that bogus charge.....
As to the original post, history tells us that the media may be in the back pocket of almost anyone for a time.....but if whoever cannot deliver,then they turn at some point.....does not matter who the "whoever" is or which media is in question.....and we - may - be seeing the start of that.....
Geitner is the fall guy right now for the bad things in the economy that show no signs of slowing.....and not offset by the positive ones.....what few positive ones there at the moment that is.....

Try to keep up. Being black was only part of the issue. The "implication" was, that there were lots of gun-toting, red necks, trying to get to the rally, and during this little bit of nonsense, they continuously showed a clip of a person with an "assault type" rifle slung over his shoulder. Not once, until the whole scene was exposed, did it become clear that this person was black.
Deflection? I think not.
