Wake up, America

From a friend in Houston .

Today I went to the Harwin Central Mall to pick up some crystals. The very first store that you come to when you walk from the lobby of the building into the shopping area had this sign posted on their door. The shop is run by Muslims. I couldn't stay in the building, it made me so sick.

Photobucket

Imam Ali flew one of the planes into the twin towers.

Nice huh? Americans who shops here are aiding terrorism.

WAKE UP AMERICA- WE ARE IN A WAR WITH TERROISTS NOT ONLY OVERSEAS BUT RIGHT HERE AT HOME.. GET READY

I can't believe what I am seeing here! Almost 3,000 Americans died and an American city allows the commemoration of the death of one of the terrorists that caused it? How did we ever get here? Can we ever get back?

I couldn't stay in the building, it made me so sick. I wouldn't have been able to stay in the building because if I had I would have tried to find something to smash the window and distroy the sign. I can't imagine anyone (other than Muslims) ever going into, let along buying anything from, that store ever again after this.

And yet, if another store put up a sign closing because they were mourning the needless death of 3,000 innocent victims on 9/11, they would probably be made to take it down, because it might offend a Muslim!

I'm like you, Vulcan, we're ready, and we get it, but many of our family and friends don't. They either don't want to hear about it "Oh, I just hate politics!" or else they don't think that they can do anything about it, so they just go on their merry way, hoping for the best.

Smartasawhip, I would have done what all those who are offended by anything that even hints at Christianity would do, I would have called the management of that mall and filed a complaint (and done it in writing, also). I would have written the Houston Chronicle or Post (do either of them still exist?) and complained. If the management of the mall wouldn't do anything, I would find out who the owner(s) are and complain to them. You are right, it is time to get ready, and it is time to take action.

This has to be a hoax, put up by pranksters. . The store owners should be asked about it. If they posted the message on the window, then they should be boycotted until they close permanently.

The store owners were extremely dense to overlook the furor associated with the date.
