Blueberries

Did you knolw that a diet rich in blueberries may stave off belly fat. A University of Michigan study suggest that you add them to cereal, hot or cold, yogurt, , salads, and get antioxidants and a boost of extra fat fighting if you are dieting. Blueberries are not in season right now but they are picked and frozen fresh so buy a bag of frozen. they are very low calorie. I usually put my frozen ones in a one cup measuring cup and pour very hot water over them. Let sit 30 seconds to a minute pour the water off and then add to cereal or whatever. They thaw that fast and are still icy cold. yum.
Be sure to test your Blood sugar two hours after you eat to make sure they didn't put your glucose level over the limit. If so try half a cup next time but don't stop using them.
