LOL, funny picture, storm!
A burglar's flashlight shone in on me and my dorm room when I was attending Wayne State U in Detroit one summer. It woke me up and I went to the phone and called campus police, who came within 4 minutes. The burglar was gone, but the chair he stood on was still below my window. Girls had been reporting purses stolen from their rooms. That stopped after this incident.

I was just about 13 and there was an alley next to my bedroom window,(real small town,grass alley)......
I was ironing with just a full slip on(only us 'oldies' probably know about those,or 'our' version anyway).
it was getting dark outside and I had the light on,curtains open.....
(I know,dumb!)
my sister pulls up in the alley way and her headlights hit the peeping Tomm squating down watching me.....and he was so easy to see,cause he was dressed in white.
He was caught and he was the neighbor across the alley,he was also mentally challenged too,they said.....nothing became of it,except that I got a little smarter......(a little) HA!
But it is really a "skin crawling" feeling......

I have never had that kind of peeping tom but I used to have an owl in the tree outside my window and you could see it sitting there. He had bigeyes and a big voice when he spotted a rodent on the ground. He was there all summer and I got so I enjoyed his company. Iknow this isnt what you were talking about but guess it is a lot safer living out in the boonies

Never had a peeping tom exactly, but once hd an obsene phone caller - he kept calling night after night for several weeks. Finally, I got tired of the calls and invited him to my house to put his words into action! He slammed the phone down and never called back!
