Hello.......First time on this site. Is there a chatroom or is this how everyone communicates?

Welcome to the group. This is how everyone communicates in this particular group. There are groups that have same time chats too though. I know East Coast Singles has a Monday, Wednesday and Friday chat that starts about 8:00 pm.
If you're a smoker who wants to quit, come on over to Kickin' Butts. We also have a chat there three times a week and we're all supporting each other in various stages of quitting smoking.
And since you're from Florida, I run a little group called East Coast Florida, and we talk about everything there from food to football to just wacky topics. Come check us out. :-)

Hi dhmurf (Debbie). I live in Winter Springs, which is very close to Lake Mary.
I have a 3 bedroom/2 bath condo that is on the market. If you're not crazy about Lake Mary, I'd guess that Winter Springs is much like it. Are you looking to buy a house or rent an apartment?
