the weather and the beaches
I like that you can be at an east coast (Atlantic) beach and watch the sunrise and then drive across the state to a west coast (Gulf) beach and watch the sunset,,,all in one day!!!!
I like spending New Years Day poolside!
I love the marine diesel prices, about 80 cents higher than on land. And that's red off road diesel to boot, no Fed. highway taxes.
I do like the weather in the summer and the boat parades during the holidays.
The winter sunsets! Oh, my, it was so gorgeous tonight.
This is my favorite time living in Florida, hurricane season is over, the searing hot and humidity is gone and it's just a beautiful day!
The holiday boat parade the day after Thanksgiving. All the boats are decked out in their holiday cheer and the fireworks are the best I've ever seen.
Mickey & Minnie Mouse... anyone? ~ The House the Mouse built... DisneyWorld!
It's got manatees and sparkly water. And you guys. Other than that, I'm a mountain/snow guy; glad I live in Montana.
