ALLEGED ..

Why is the Muslim terrorist, Col. Nidal Malik Hasan, still an "alleged" Muslim, an alleged shooter, and an alleged terrorist? Why say he allegedly communicated with al Qaeda, even after they have proof? He allegedly received tens of thousands of taxpayer dollars to allegedly fund his full medical school education and received an alleged degree, and since he allegedly could not stand the sight of blood, he allegedly decided to become another dysfunctional shrink, anything that would allegedly place him in a position to allegedly terrorize our returning wounded. It was alleged by the top military brass that he was an alleged nutcase, but rather than throw his alleged Muslim ass out of the military, they kept him so they could allegedly recoup their investment. So, they allegedly shipped him off to Ft. Hood, where he allegedly decided that he might be able to stand the sight of blood just once, and he ALLEGEDLY went to the office at Ft. Hood and allegedly shot and killed 13 soldiers and allegedly wounded an additional 43 soldiers and civilians. Yes, they are all still alleging that he is the Muslim terrorist perpetrator, even though he was shot multiple times while holding the smoking gun. The MSM is now feeling sorry for the alleged terrorist because he is allegedly paralyzed from the waist down. Gee, allegedly too bad. They are allegedly planning to hold an alleged trial before an alleged military tribunal at Ft. Hood, but don't hold your alleged breath that he will be convicted in this allegedly pathetic, PC world!!

I'm sure that the military will prosecute and deal with this alleged terrorist in a more severe and prompt trial, than an alleged civilian court which would let him off on an alleged technicality and try to mainstream the alleged killer back into our society... such is our alleged justice system!! Oh, I forgot he has all these alleged rights....

the problem will be that his lawyers will try to exclude much of the evidence against KSM on the grounds that it was obtained by torture or else is hearsay.

They always call them alleged until they are proven guilty in court. It is better he is to get military justice than civilian justice like those terrorists will get in N.Y. They are the ones I fear will go free.

However, I think his lawyers will try to get the Ft. Hood declared too nuts to stand trial or at least not guilty by reason of insanity.

Well the current adminstration might decided that he too needs an alleged civilian court because he is an alleged terrorist.

Nobama has fallen all over him self to not use the word "terrorist muslim". Can you just imagine the cost of his trial? The MSM should have to pay for it. Never in my life have I felt like this country is going down like it is now. PC madness is ruining our culture. Good post Gold.

Oh, yeah, our alleged faux-president will see to it that his Muslim buddies are all safe, snug and secure, treated fairly, and given rights that none of us would ever have in court, the high costs, of course, all compliments of the American taxpayers. Kerry, you will never see BO's birth certificate or any of his pertinent documents; any such attempts will be stopped .. Chicago style. I wonder what kind of gun they had pressed against Judge David Carter's temple when he decided to dismiss the most promising trial prospects we have had to date.

" I wonder what kind of gun they had pressed against Judge David Carter's temple when he decided to dismiss the most promising trial prospects we have had to date. "

Funny thing about Judge Carter. He came on so unafraid and determined to begin with, then folded with, "It is not in my jurisdiction. It can only be handled by congress." I don't think that threats to his career, his appointment, or his career would have shaken him like that. It had to be threats against his family.
