Foolhardy to Try Terrorists in Civilan Court

Yes, Eric Holder has honored the terrorists by what he is doing. I cannot stand much more of this administration. I sometimes feel that our president is totally against me and my fellow Americans. maybe had his formative years been spent in the USA, he wouldn't display such disdain for our values.

I think the terrorists should be tried in Civilian court. We don't want to honor them by trying them in our Military Court, they are just punk terrorists.

That's sad, to say the least. These terrorists have no business being in our civilian courts. I think they should be tried in an international tribunal as they have wreaked, and continue to wreak, havoc on humanity, not just the United States. Anybody who thinks they "deserve" to be in our civilian courts is sorely misinformed, as is Eric Holder.

Did anybody here see or hear what one of the defense attorneys said will take place? The terrorists' have been mistreated and that is what will be on trial, not their acts of war or aggression, but how they were mistreated for so many years. I can see the charges getting dropped or dismissed because of human rights violations -- I think that's the administrations plan -- put the clowns in civilian court, let the judge dismiss on technicalities, and then the monkey is off Obama's back and is placed squarely on Bush's back -- what a conniving, evil plan!
