A ketchup glaze huh....I guess with the proper wine it could be delicious....After all, I am not Anthony Bourdain. I am sure you are witty and attractive enough to pull it off and for a guy who opens up a can of chick peas sometimes for supper you are probably smart enough to fool me. I am a guy who will eat anything.
