Welcome to the Group and I am sorry for your loss. please feel free to come read the posts or answer any post that you feel you would like to answer. We have many that are further ahead in this grief thing but we are all here for each other when the need arises. I am now in my 4th yr without my beloved husband I still have my bad days but I know that he is with me and helps me to keep going. I am sorry you had to join this group but I am so glad you found us. As Kathy said please post a message so that we can all get to know you better. Again I am sorry for your loss. God bless you

I wanted to add my "welcome" as well. "Welcome" in this group seems almost like a weird thing to say as it is a group that no one wants to join and we wish there was no need...but there is. I am sorry for your loss that brought you to this group. This is a good group that will help you along in your grief journey. Some are just starting the journey and others are farther along but the good part about that is we all understand what the others experience and we help each other. Those of us farther into the journey can reach back the helping hand to those just beginning....and yet when we have our bad days there are those in all stages of this journey to reach out to us and help us through those bad days. I am sorry for what brough you here but glad you found the group and are with us. We are great at listening when you feel like sharing....if not READ you will find a lot of help in the messages that come in as well as going to the past messages and reading. If you have the time even clear back to the beginning of the group...there is a wealth of help and knowledge in those messages. I'm glad you are with us and again I am sorry for the loss that brought you here. Take care of yourself...that is number one right now...take time for YOU.
