Judaism I think would have stayed a middle Estern religion influenced more by Persia then it already was.
The crusades I do not know. the Pope needed to do something about all these Lords with knights jealous of each other and willing to go to battle.(If possible check out a map of europe of the Middle Ages.) I guess you are right the post is too wide a scope.

History would have played out so radically differently, there's no kind of telling how things would be today. Twin Towers probably wouldn't have even been built, much less leveled by a paramilitary entity.

There have been mad men since the dawn of civilization, whether 9/11 itself would have happened or not is hard to say. However, I am sure something similarly atrocious would have happened in its place.

As far as I know , neither Bush , Cheney , Rumsfeld nor any of the other planners of 9/11 were Moslem , so it would have happened even if Islam never existed . That gang of crooks and murderers would just have had to find some other group on which to pin the blame , perhaps Mormons , or Libertarians , or militant atheists .

So let's see... If there had been no Christianity, therefore no Catholic Church to keep a semblance of literacy alive during the Dark Ages following the fall of the Roman Empire, would Europe have had to re-invent written language? That would have delayed the Renaissance and the development of modern science, and by extension the Industrial Revolution. Quite possibly European culture would not have become the dominant force in the world that it is today.

Yes. The earth continues to rotate at a steady rate. September 11, 2001 would have occurred as predicted by the calendar, unless someone slid the birthdate of Jesus.
Would the planes have hit the WTC and Pentagon? Why would they? It was clear weather. The planes didn't malfunction. It was not pilot error. Why blame it on anything except a murderous religion and its murderous followers?
