New York has the best pizza? Folks in Chicago might have a problem with that opinion. Personally, I think the best pizza is the one I'm about to dive into at any given time. I often order from Pizza Hut for the sake of convenience, but there are a number of good locally owned restaurants that serve really excellent pies. Thick or thin crust? That really is a matter of taste, I usually prefer thin but a good Chicago style pizza traditionally comes with a thicker crust and is delicious. Lots of toppings, hold the green peppers and pile on the anchovies. Yum.

Bizzarro's for sure! The extra large where you have to fold it over the eat it.
Miami's Best Pizza--on US 1 right across from the University of Miami. Why that place you ask? Because my younger son is the pie guy, that's why. They make their own dough and use quality ingredients.
I order Pizza Hut or Papa Johns once in a while myself, just for connenience. But for a great home-made pie, it's a small, locally owned restaurant called Mario's. Owned by a New York/Italian family now in their third generation of ownership.
I do Domino's thin crust....liked Bizzaro's when living in Brevard very much....locals seem to do a decent job...I like everything, even extra anchovies.
We have a local sports bar/restaurant in Merritt Island (we call it "KDI") - for Kings Duck Inn on SR3 north of 520 that has the BEST pizza. For a national chain, I'd say Pizzeria Uno/Chicago style. You name it, they have it and it is SO good!
Anthony's Pizza is the best here in Winter Springs. I love green peppers, black olives, Italian sausage, and plenty of cheese.
Bizzarro's hands down. I like the plain cheese or cheese, mushroom, Italian sausage, but when I go there, they're chicken parmesan sub is so good that I usually end up passing on the pizza.
By the way, the best pizza I ever had in my life was in Dublin, Ireland! Place called Miller's Pizza. I'd go back there just to get the pizza.
ya vicki, we've all have those seminal moments with pizza that can never be repeated.. mine was in a college dorm, stoned out of mind, i consumed a whole pie in 20 minutes flat.. gotta tell ya, that was the best damn pie i ever ate.. thinking back, it probably tasted like cardboard, but like everything else in life, a cheese sandwich in a phone booth with the right person is better than a table groaning with ambrosia in heaven..
